Trakka has unveiled the 48V Trakkadu, a campervan that sets a new standard in off-grid travel capabilities.
This model is equipped with a robust 48V off-grid battery system and a powered roof, offering enhanced convenience and energy efficiency for travellers.

Built on the latest Volkswagen Transporter T7 and Ford Transit Custom vans, the Trakkadu comes standard with a 2.05kWh lithium battery pack capable of delivering 4,000W of continuous 240V output. This power capacity allows users to operate dual induction cooktops and an optional 48V air-conditioner simultaneously, ensuring a comfortable off-grid experience.

The campervan also features a 390W rooftop solar panel, supporting its gas-free setup. Trakka claims this integrated Ecoflow 48V electrical system is a first for an Australian-built campervan of its size, highlighting the company's commitment to innovation and sustainability.
